Vitamin E is crucial for healthy skin. It eases dryness and bolsters skin’s UV defense. It quells dryness by helping skin retain its natural moisturisers. It’s is great for your skin. Taking a vitamin E supplement daily helps keep your skin healthy in the fall and winter season.

Creams instead of Lotion

Although creams feel more greasier, but they penetrate the skin and provide a strong barrier, that prevents more moisture loss from the skin, than lotion. A pharmaceutical or dermatology cream is usually an even mixture of 50 percent oil and 50 percent water. Lotions have a lower viscosity than creams.

So, creams should be used in Fall or Winter instead of lotions. Creams are gentle on skin and are readily absorbed by the skin. I use L’Occitane Shea Butter and Eminence Organic Skincare.

Buy Hydrating Cleansers

In Fall, when the weather is dry, avoid using soaps which dries out skin. Skin needs extra hydration to be soft and smooth during dry seasons. For this purpose, skipping soaps would be a good decision. Instead, switch to quality hydrating cleansers like CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser would be a better choice. Creamy body wash (nonsoap-based) is also a good way to keep the skin hydrated during these seasons. When it comes to creamy body washes, Paris Amour or Pink Chiffon are my favorite.

Oil-Based Exfoliating Scrubs

You may ask why you’d utilize an oil-based choice on your face, particularly when the sun is less pervasive. The sun harms and dries out your skin during summer. Utilizing oil-based scrubs in fall help repair dry and harmed skin while hydrating it.

If you are not a fan of If oil-based scrubs, consider a cream exfoliator instead. Go for a full-body cream exfoliating scrub that can help smooth your skin, treat acne, and helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks. You can use Double Love Body Scrub or Eminence Blueberry Soy Sugar Scrub.

Chap Stick in Fall & Winter

I know you know this one. Lips need proper attention. They are usually the first to dry and crack during winter. Usually, we do care about them but when they crack. Use good Chap Sticks or Lip balms to keep your lips from getting dehydrated. It brings back softness and heals cracks from dryness.
